1. Adjust Seat Height:
   - Start by adjusting the seat height so that your feet are flat on the floor or on a footrest, with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Use the chair's height adjustment lever or pneumatic cylinder to raise or lower the seat to the desired height.
 
2. Adjust Seat Depth:
   - If your chair has a seat depth adjustment feature, adjust the seat depth so that there is approximately two to four inches of space between the edge of the seat and the back of your knees. This allows for proper thigh support without putting pressure on the back of the knees.
 
3. Adjust Lumbar Support:
